The impeller features blades with a symmetrical wing profile for reversible models and a non-symmetrical airfoil profile for unidirectional versions. The blade pitch can be adjusted when the fan is stopped.

Blades are made of Silumin (Al Si 10 Mg) aluminum alloy (UNI 1706 EN AB 43100), while the hub includes a steel or cast-iron insert allowing direct shaft coupling.
Each blade undergoes X-ray testing (ASTM E155) to ensure structural integrity and detect any internal casting defects.

The cylindrical casing is made of heavy-duty steel, with stiffening flanges on the inlet and outlet sides according to ISO 6580. Inspection doors are available on request.
The structure is reinforced to avoid resonance at operating frequencies and is prepared for vibration sensor installation.

The AXL Series is equipped with a three-phase asynchronous induction motor with squirrel-cage rotor, compliant with IEC 34-1, 34-5 and 34-6 standards.
Designed for direct start and continuous operation, the motor supports frequency converter control.
